Lead Pastor
Todd M. Walker

Todd and his wife Janine have been married since 2009, and have 8 beautiful children from the Lord. They have been in full-time ministry since 2008, serving 12 years as secular university missionaries, and 6 years in the lead pastorate.

They began their ministry as campus missionaries in Ann Arbor, Michigan. They were also part of a church plant and Todd was the lead pastor. In fall of 2014, the Lord moved them to Northeast Pennsylvania, near Scranton to continue their university ministry. In 2018, the Lord called Todd to the lead pastorate full-time.

For over a decade, the Lord placed a growing burden on their heart to reach out to the New England area with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. And in the fall of 2022, Todd got connected to Crossroads Church in Littleton, New Hampshire, and the calling to reach New England with the Love of Jesus was fully realized.

Todd and Janine love their big family and see it as a gift from the Lord and a blessing to the ministry.

Todd's passion is the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Word of God, and helping others know God's great love for them. He loves  preaching, teaching, podcasting (which he calls todcasting), and writing. Janine's passion is supporting Todd's calling, being a loving wife and mom, and homeschooling their young children.

They both love the New England area and desire to be here for many years, should the Lord allow it.

Retired Pastor
Mark Clements

Pastor Mark officially stepped down from Crossroads Church on January 1st, 2023. And in Feburary, after a lengthy health battle, and in the presence of his entire family, our beloved Pastor Mark passed away and entered into the presence of his Lord Jesus. We are deeply saddened by his passing, but so thankful to the Lord for the 13 years he faithfully labored for the Lord and Crossroads Church with his dear wife, Cynthia by his side every step of the way. Please take the time to read their bio below of how the Lord brought them to Crossroads.

"My wife, Cynthia and I were called to New England and to Crossroads Church from Arizona in July 2009. Our roots are in New England and we love living in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and the diversity they provide. Cynthia works part time at the Littleton Regional Medical Center Lab which affords her many ministry opportunities. We have four sons and four beautiful grand-daughters scattered around the country. As a student of the Civil War, I have a sizable Civil War library and a modest collection of artifacts. Even though God loves a joyful noise, I have always wished that I could actually sing. My favorite time of day is having breakfast and devotions with Cynthia. I love studying and teaching the Bible, a bottomless well of timeless truth. It has been an honor to pastor the family at Crossroads Church."
